שָׁ֤וְא לָכֶ֨ם ׀ מַשְׁכִּ֪ימֵי ק֡וּם מְאַֽחֲרֵי־שֶׁ֗בֶת אֹ֭כְלֵי לֶ֣חֶם הָעֲצָבִ֑ים כֵּ֤ן יִתֵּ֖ן לִֽידִיד֣וֹ שֵׁנָֽא׃
Walang kabuluhan para sa inyo, kayong maagang bumabangon at gabing-gabi na kung maupo para magpahinga, kayong kumakain ng tinapay ng pagpapakahirap; gayon nagbibigay Siya ng tulog sa Kanyang minamahal.
